: booking.com’s agent contacted this hotel on my behalf because I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a deposit we got confirmation, but upon arrival, the agent at the counter asked for deposit, and when I didn’t provide it, they would not rent the room three days later they charged my debit card and I’ve been chasing them for the past month to refund my money. : Nothing. Very low quality. A lot of weirdos stay there too. : The people who run the facility. Live there. And are very rude. Wouldn’t stay again if you paid me. The maid walked in our room while we were sleeping. As well the lady who runs it has her kids answer if you need anything from the front at nighttime. Smells like hummus and Arabic butthole.

: There was a $100 deposit I was not aware of when booking through the app. I also didn't like how the guy at check out sent the maid to the room to count all towels & sheets before giving our deposit back.

: Best Value in the Huntington Beach area. Always clean and very convenient. : I had requested a ground-floor room when I made the reservation. When I checked in I was put on the second floor. I inquired about it and the desk clerk told me it was sold out. I asked how my request 1 month in advance of arrival had been ignored and all of a sudden a ground-floor room opened up. I used the coke machine and it ate my money. I went to the desk and the same clerk that checked me in told me it wasn't their machine and that there was nothing he could do. I was confused because this had happened during a previous stay and they reimbursed me. This clerk seemed to only want to do the bare minimum and had no concept of the term customer service.

: I will never stay at this hotel again. These pictures are completely wrong, this is not what the hotel looks like in the rooms. Do not look like these. The people running this hotel are completely rude. I give this hotel a zero I will never be back. : The rudeness of the staff was absolutely ridiculous not only to me and my man, but to other customers that they would not let them stay there, and they sold their money. The fact that they are lying about the way the hotel looks the hotel is ghetto as could be And I would not stay at this hotel. I would’ve paid more money to stay elsewhere. I did not feel safe at this hotel and it should be taken off of Booking.com and I’ve already contacted my credit card company to make sure I get my deposit back because I feel they are going to steal my deposit that’s how unsafe I felt.
